FAQs

What is the advantage of having drive up storage?

Drive-up storage units offer the convenience of accessing your unit directly from your vehicle, making it easy to load and unload items, especially large ones. These units are spacious, easily accessible, and situated on the ground floor, eliminating the need to navigate stairs or elevators.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Tenants are prohibited from storing stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, flammable or hazardous items, combustibles, liquids, plants, perishable goods, and animals are not permitted. For more detailed information on prohibited items, please contact us.

Do I need insurance on a storage unit?

Absolutely! Protecting your belongings is a top priority for us. All tenants are required to carry a valid insurance policy. You’ll need to arrange your own coverage and provide proof, including your policy number, coverage details, start date, and expiration date.

What do I need to rent a self-storage unit?

To rent a storage unit, you need a current government-issued photo ID, proof of address, credit card and a phone number we can use to reach you.

Who has access to my storage unit? If I get locked out or lose a key, can you help?

You do. We do not have a master key. When you rent a storage unit, you'll provide the lock. If something happens and you need the lock removed, a locksmith can help. We'll be more than happy to recommend a local expert.
